Sweet And Sour Egg Sandwich

• 2 eggs
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 any bread
• 4 tbsp heinz tomato sauce
• 4 tbsp heinz chili sauce
• 1 tbsp sherry vineger or any
• 2 tbsp light soy sauce
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 onion
• 1 tsp butter

1. TOAST BUN THEN SET ASIDE
2. FRIED EGGS ,,,,,,in pan with melted butter fry egg then set aside
3. MIX SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE
4. in pan with melted butter fry onion for 1 minute then add all sweet and sour sauce ingredient and bring to a boil then off heat
5. SWEET AND SOUR ONION SAUCE AS IT IS GREAT WITH ANYTHING DEEP FRIED , EXAMPLE FRIES, CHICKEN OR EGGS
6. SWEET AND SOUR ONION EGG OPEN SANDWICH OPTION 1
7. SWEET AND SOUR EGG AND ONION RINGS OPEN FACED SANDWICH OPTION 2
