15 Minute Soup (4 Points) Recipe

  1. Brown beef with salt, pepper and garlic.
  2. Drain on paper towel and add in back to dutch oven.
  3. Add in remaining ingredients and cook for 30 min.
  4. Good served with cornbread.
  5. NOTES : Variation #2: Do not add in the grnd beef - makes a delicious veggie soup for 1 point per serving!
  6. Black beans are a great substitute for the pinto beans, also.
