Avocado Gratin with Melted Cream Cheese
- 1 Avocado
- 45 grams Cream cheese
- 4 Imitation crab sticks
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Panko
- Chop the avocado in half.
- Pierce the half with the stone with a knife and swivel to pit.
- The stone can be removed easily, like this.
- Spoon out the avocado flesh and coat the surface with the lemon juice.
- This prevents discoloring.
- Dice the avocados into 1 cm cubes, and combine with the remaining lemon juice.
- This preserves the bright color of the avocados.
- Mix in the loosened crab sticks, cream cheese diced into 1 cm cubes, and mayonnaise.
- Combine Step 6 and 5.
- Make a plate with aluminum foil as seen in the photo to stabilize the avocados.
- Add the ingredients from Step 7 into the avocados in Step 8.
- Sprinkle with panko.
- Bake in a toaster oven for about 5 minutes.
- It's done when the panko has browned.
