Light Banana Berry Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine dry ingredients.
  3. Combine wet ingredients (except berries).
  4. Mix together wet and dry ingredients.
  5. Do this in 8-10 strokes, don't overmix.
  6. If there are still bits of dry ingredients, it's okay!
  7. Add berries in last couple of strokes.
  8. Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full.
  9. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Enjoy!
