Greek Isles Appetizers

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix meat, eggs, onions, garlic, and seasonings in large bowl til well blended.
  3. Shape into 1-inch balls.
  4. Place the meatballs on rack in a 15x10x1 inch jelly roll pan.
  5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
  6. Serve with cucumber sauce.
  7. Cucumber Sauce:.
  8. Stir together cream cheese, yogurt and lemon juice in a small bowl until well drained.
  9. Stir in cucumbers.
