Sweetnwheat Pancakes
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 14 cup Splenda granular
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 18 cup oil
- 18 cup applesauce
- In a mixing bowl, add flour, baking powder, salt, and soda; stir to mix.
- Add in eggs, buttermilk, vanilla, lemon juice, oil, applesauce, and Splenda; mix well.
- Pour batter by 1/4 cup spoonfuls onto preheated skillet over medium heat.
- Cook three minutes; flip.
- Continue to cook additional two minutes.
