CATALINA Oriental Chicken Salad
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Fat Free CATALINA Dressing
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) salad greens
- whole wheat bread
- 1 can (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts*
- 1/2 cup blanched pea pods*
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots* Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1/2 cup bean sprouts*
- 1/4 cup chow mein noodles*
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions*
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- Mix dressing, soy sauce and red pepper in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add chicken; cook and stir until cooked through.
- Cool completely.
- Toss chicken mixture with greens and at least two of the suggested remaining ingredients.
- Serve immediately.
