Blue Fish Salad Recipe
- 4 to 5 pound blue fish
- 1 c. celery
- 1 c. onions
- 1/2 c. onions
- 1/2 c. celery
- Sm. sweet peppers
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 1/2 c. or possibly to taste Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 6 sm. sweet pickles, diced
- Salt, pepper and paprika
- Skin and do away with the blood line, then cook the celery and onions.
- When come to boil, add in fish.
- Cook about 8 min.
- Then take fish out, let cold.
- Do away with all bones.
- Then flake the fish, add in all remaining ingredients.
- Add in paprika on top.
- Add in onions and celery, diced.
