California Seven-Layer Dip
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and halved
- Juice of 1/2 a lime
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1-1/2 cups TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa, drained
- 1 bunch green onions, white and green parts, finely chopped
- 1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
- 1 small head red radicchio, shredded (about 1 cup)
- Spoon avocado pulp into medium bowl.
- Add lime juice and cumin.
- Mash avocados lightly just until mixture is well blended.
- (Mixture will still be slightly chunky.)
- Spread beans onto bottom of 1-1/2-qt.
- serving dish or deep-dish pie plate; cover with avocado mixture.
- Top with layers of sour cream, salsa, onions, cheese and radicchio.
- Serve with your favorite NABISCO Crackers or tortilla chips.
