Chicken with Creamy Herb & Garlic Tomato Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 cup Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese Product
- 1/2 cup Classico di Napoli Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add chicken; cook 6 to 7 min.
- on each side or until done (165 degrees F).
- Transfer to plate; cover to keep warm.
- Add water to skillet; cook 1 min., stirring constantly to scrape browned bits from bottom of skillet.
- Add cream cheese product and pasta sauce; cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
- or until cream cheese is completely melted, and sauce is well blended and heated through.
- Spoon sauce over chicken.
