Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms
- 36 whole mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (6 ounce) can crabmeat, drained, flaked
- 1 tablespoon snipped parsley
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 14 teaspoon dry mustard
- 13 cup mayonnaise
- 12 teaspoon onion salt
- Wash and dry mushrooms.
- Remove and chop stems.
- Melt butter in small skillet; add onion, mushroom stems, salt and pepper and cook until tender.
- Spoon into mushroom caps.
- Combine remaining ingredients.
- Top each mushroom with the crab mixture.
- Bake in a 375 oven about 15 minutes.
- Serve hot.
- Yield 36 appetizers.
