Thai Turkey Burgers
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 4 each scallions
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp grated gingeroot
- 4 each hamburger buns
- 1 pinch black pepper
- Combine turkey, onions, cilantro, soy sauce, fish sauce, ginger and pepper
- Shape into 4 burgers and grill
