Iced Creamy Chai

  1. Steep both tea bags in boiling water for about 4 minutes to brew 1 cup double-strength tea.
  2. Remove tea bags; refrigerate tea to cool.
  3. To serve, pour 1/2 the chilled tea over ice in each of 2 tall glasses.
  4. Add 1/4 cup cream, 1 cup cool water, and sugar to taste in each glass; stir to combine.
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon and/or nutmeg before serving, if desired.
