Tofu Egg Salad

  1. In medium bowl, with fork, mix tofu with mayonnaise, pickle relish, milk, mustard, salt, and turmeric until tofu becomes small pieces the size of peas.
  2. Stir in celery.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve to allow flavors to blend.
  4. To serve, arrange Boston lettuce leaves and tomato slices on 4 dinner plates; top with tofu mixture.
