Pan Fried Pork-Wrapped Hanpen Fish Cakes with Basil
- 2 slice Hanpen
- 8 slice Thinly sliced pork loin
- 8 pieces Basil
- 4 tbsp Panko
- 1 tbsp Grated cheese
- 1 tbsp Dried Basil
- 1 dash Vegetable cooking oil
- 1 Salt and pepper
- Cut each pieces of hanpen into 4, put a piece of basil on top and wrap with pork loin slices.
- Season the outside with the salt, pepper and everything marked with a .
- After the meat rolls have been prepared, pan fry them both sides in oil, starting with the side with the ends of the pork.
- When they're crispy all arouond they're done.
