Crustless Tuna Quiche Recipe
- 2 cans tuna, liquid removed in water
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (4 ounce.)
- 1 med. onion, minced (about 1/2 c.)
- 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper sauce
- Toss tuna, cheese and onion with flour.
- Spread in greased pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4 inches.
- Beat Large eggs slightly; beat in remaining ingredients.
- Pour egg mix over tuna mix.
- Cook uncovered in 350 degree oven till knife inserted in center comes out clean, 35-40 min.
- Let stand 10 min before cutting.
- Can be poured in a crust and baked for 35 min.
