Simple Shrimp (Food From Portugal)
- 50 milliliters Olive Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, Peeled And Chopped
- 2 Medium Onions, Peeled And Thinly Sliced In Rounds
- 300 grams Raw, Peeled And Deveined Shrimp
- 50 milliliters Coconut Milk
- Salt To Taste
- Pepper To Taste
- Parsley, To Taste

- In a saute pan over low heat place the olive oil, chopped garlic and onions.
- Leave to saute over low heat until the onion starts to turn golden brown.

- Then, add the shrimp along with the coconut milk.
- Season with a pinch of salt and pepper, stir with a wooden spoon, cover the pan and cook over low heat for about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Stir once in awhile.
- 3.
- Turn off the heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
