Fresh Cherry Tart
- 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2 12 cups Rice Krispies
- 1 14 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 lb fresh cherries
- Melt margarine and marshmallows.
- Add Rice Krispies.
- Mix well.
- Form into pie pan (greased).
- In mixing bowl, combine milk, softened Cool Whip, almond extract and pudding mix.
- Pour into Rice Krispie shell.
- Top with fresh cherries.
