Tuna Pasta Salad

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; rinse with cold water.
  2. Drain.
  3. Combine cooked pasta and all remaining ingredients except Cheddar cheese and eggs in bowl; mix well.
  4. Gently stir in Cheddar cheese and eggs.
  5. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors.
  6. Serve cold.
  7. Place over lettuce leaves, if desired.
  8. *Substitute bowtie or shell pasta.
