Tuna Pasta Salad
- 3 cups uncooked dried cavatappi pasta*
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1 (5-ounce) can albacore tuna in water, drained
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt, if desired
- Pepper, if desired
- 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 Land O Lakes Eggs, hard-cooked, cooled, peeled, chopped
- Lettuce leaves, if desired
- Cook pasta according to package directions; rinse with cold water.
- Drain.
- Combine cooked pasta and all remaining ingredients except Cheddar cheese and eggs in bowl; mix well.
- Gently stir in Cheddar cheese and eggs.
- Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors.
- Serve cold.
- Place over lettuce leaves, if desired.
- *Substitute bowtie or shell pasta.
