Mixed Greens with Parmesan Crisps

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Mix cheese and rosemary.
  3. Place 1 Tbsp.
  4. cheese mixture on lightly greased baking sheet; spread slightly to flatten.
  5. Repeat with remaining cheese mixture, making 16 crisps total, allowing 1-inch between each flattened crisp.
  6. Bake 5 min.
  7. Turn crisps over; bake an additional 1 min.
  8. or until golden brown.
  9. Cool on wire rack.
  10. Place 1 cup greens on each of 8 plates.
  11. Top with 1 Tbsp.
  12. grape halves and 1 Tbsp.
  13. walnuts.
  14. Drizzle with 1 Tbsp.
  15. dressing.
  16. Serve each salad with 2 crisps.
