Cocktail Sauce Plus

• 34 cup tomato ketchup
• 14 cup chili sauce
• 2 -4 tablespoons fresh grated horseradish, to taste (or 1/4 cup prepared horseradish)
• 10 drops Tabasco sauce
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 14 teaspoon salt
• 14 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro

1. Mix ingredients and serve in small cocktail glasses.
2. Dip your favorite seafood in this sauce and wow!
