Black Chocolate Cake Frosting Recipe

• 1 x Egg white
• 1 c. Sugar
• 1/4 c. Brown sugar
• 1/4 tsp Cream of tartar
• 1/3 c. Water Salt, healthy pinch
• 1 tsp Vanilla

1. Combine ingredients in double boiler on low heat.
2. Beat with electric mixer 4 min.
3. Spread on cold cake.
