Cucumber Cream Cheese Spread Recipe

• 2 (6 ounce.) Packages cream cheese
• 1 med. sized cucumber
• 1 sm. onion
• Salt to taste
• 1/8 teaspoon warm pepper sauce
• Mayonnaise
• Sliced cucumbers
• Sliced olives
• Dill weed

1. Cream the cheese.
2. Grate the onion and cucumber and press out the juice.
3. Add in to the cream cheese.
4. Add in the salt and the pepper sauce, mixing well.
5. Add in the mayonnaise till the mix is a good spreading consistency.
6. Spread on bread rounds.
7. Decorate with sliced cucumbers and sliced olives.
8. Sprinkle with dill weed.
