Poblano Potato Salad

  1. Mix mayo, milk and lemon juice in small bowl; set aside.
  2. Combine potatoes, chiles and onions in large bowl.
  3. Add mayo mixture and half of the cheese; toss to coat.
  4. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; cover.
  5. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
