Fennel, Apple and Salmon Salad

  1. Toss romaine, leaf lettuce and fennel; place evenly on serving plates
  2. Top each salad with 1/4 cup each Red Gala apples, Granny Smith apples and grapes.
  3. Cover with 1 cup salmon; sprinkle with 2 Tbsp.
  4. each pecans and onions.
  5. Drizzle with 3 Tbsp.
  6. dressing or pour dressing into small pitchers and serve on the side.
