Grilled Steak Salad
- 3/4 lb, beef sirloin steak, 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick
- 1 tsp. cracked black pepper
- 10 cups torn romaine lettuce or 1 pkg. (10 oz.) mixed salad greens
- 1 beefsteak or other large tomato, cut into wedges
- 1 small zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 cup slivered red onion
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Lite Thousand Island Dressing
- Place steak on grill over medium-hot coals.
- Sprinkle with pepper.
- Grill 5 to 7 minutes on each side or to desired doneness.
- Cut steak across grain into thin slices.
- Arrange all ingredients except dressing on individual plates.
- Serve with dressing.
- Tip: This recipe is a perfect way to use leftover steak or roast beef.
