Barbecue Pork Chops

  1. Use a 5 qt.
  2. crockpot.
  3. Place fat in crockpot and melt on HIGH.
  4. Add meat and turn to coat with fat.
  5. Season meat with mixture of last 3 ingred.
  6. Add all other ingred.
  7. Cook on LOW for 8 to 9 hrs.
