Black Walnut Cookies II

  1. Mix batter, using ingredients in order given.
  2. Roll into logs about 1 1/2-inch thick.
  3. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. Cut in 1/4-inch thick slices.
  5. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes or until slightly brown.
  6. Cool and store in an airtight container.
  7. These are a crisp cookie and they keep well.
