Home made yoghurt
- 1/2 liter milk
- 2 tbsp yoghurt
- Boil full fat milk and keep on low for 10 mins
- Cool it till it becomes luke warm..
- Milk shouldnt be too hot or cold..The trick to kno the right temp is that u should b able to dip ur finger and count ten
- Take a bowl or plastic container with lid and mash 2 tablespoon fresh yoghurt bougt from grocery
- Then pour this warm milk in tht bowl n cover n keep aside in warm place for 5 -6 hours.. Preferably keep in unused micro wave or oven..
- Once you set the bowl to fermebt do not shake.. And please do not switch on the micro wave .. Its kept their to get a warmer temperature than normal
