Lazy Cheese Knoephla
- 1 package (16 Oz. Package) Small Seashell Pasta
- 1 whole Large Onion, Diced
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 cups Cottage Cheese
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 3 whole Eggs
- 1/4 cups Milk
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
- Cook and drain seashell pasta.
- Set aside.
- Saute onion.
- In a large bowl, mix sauteed onion, cottage cheese and sour cream.
- In a separate bowl, beat eggs with a fork and add milk.
- Add to the onion mixture.
- Mix with the pasta.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake at 350 degrees until set (approximately 30 minutes).
