Use a Pressure Cooker - Simmered Chicken and Pork with Tomatoes

  1. Cut the chicken into pieces and cook until browned.
  2. Slice the onion and cook.
  3. Add the brussels sprouts, shimeji mushrooms, and the ingredients.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes in the pressure cooker.
  5. Leave it until the pressure drops.
