Venison or Beef Country Style Stew
- 2 12 lbs venison or 2 12 lbs beef, cubed
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans mushroom soup
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
- 1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- Cube the venison or beef.
- Add to crock pot.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and cook on high for 30 minutes.
- Reduce to low and simmer 6-8 hours.
- Serve over noodles or rice.
