PHILLY Veggie Diamonds

  1. UNROLL dough onto lightly greased jelly roll pan; pressing together to cover entire pan.
  2. (Some dough may remain).
  3. BAKE at 375F (190C) for 10 minutes or until golden.
  4. Remove from oven; cool completely.
  5. MIX cream cheese and mayonnaise; spread evenly over crust.
  6. Sprinkle with vegetables.
  7. Gently press vegetables on susrface.
  8. Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate for 2 hours.
  9. To serve, cut in diamond shapes.
