PHILLY Veggie Diamonds
- 2 pkg (235 g each) refrigerator crescent rolls
- 1 pkg (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Kraft Mayo Calorie-Wise Mayonnaise Type Dressing
- 2 cups chopped fresh vegetables (finely chopped broccoli, cauliflower, green onion, red and yellow peppers, grated carrots seasoned with salt and pepper) Target 1 pkg For $2.99 thru 02/06
- UNROLL dough onto lightly greased jelly roll pan; pressing together to cover entire pan.
- (Some dough may remain).
- BAKE at 375F (190C) for 10 minutes or until golden.
- Remove from oven; cool completely.
- MIX cream cheese and mayonnaise; spread evenly over crust.
- Sprinkle with vegetables.
- Gently press vegetables on susrface.
- Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate for 2 hours.
- To serve, cut in diamond shapes.
