Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie

  1. pour milk into blender.
  2. add protein powder and oat flour.
  3. Can use a meal replacment powder like myoplex or metrx instead.
  4. blend on medium for 15 seconds.
  5. add peanut butter and blend for 30 seconds.
  6. add ice and blend on high for 30 seconds on high.
  7. pour in tall glass and serve.
