Honey & Soy Baked Chicken Thighs

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Mix the first 6 ingredients together in a large plastic zip-top storage bag.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add the chicken to the plastic bag, making sure to coat each piece.
  5. Place the chicken in a baking dish along with the sauce/marinade or leave in the large plastic bag to marinate in the refrigerator.
  6. When ready to cook, in a baking dish, bake the chicken in a 425 degrees oven for 25 minutes with the skin side up.
  7. Turn the chicken and cook for another 15 minutes.
  8. Then turn the chicken again to skin side up and finish cooking for another 10 minutes to crisp up the skin.
  9. Cook until the internal temperature of the chicken reads 165 degrees F.
