Gina's Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In large bowl blend all ingredients, except for the chips, until well combined.
  3. Stir in the chips.
  4. With moist hands, roll into heaping tablespoon size balls.
  5. Place on baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake for 7 minutes.
  7. Rotate the baking sheet and bake for another 7 minutes until golden brown.
