Low-Fat Guacamole

  1. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in medium bowl at least 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Pour into blender; cover.
  4. Add remaining ingredients: cover.
  5. Blend on low speed 2 min.
  6. or until well blended, stopping occasionally to scrape down side of blender.
  7. Pour into shallow 5-cup serving bowl; cover.
  8. Refrigerate 4 hours or until soft-set.
  9. Serve as a dip with fresh vegetable dippers or low-fat tortilla chips.
