Simple Salty Fried Chicken

  1. Pierce the fleshy parts of the drumettes a few times with a fork.
  2. Sprinkle some salt on evenly, and rub the salt into each drumette by hand.
  3. Repeat the process using pepper.
  4. Coat with katakuriko and fry in oil for 8-10 minutes.
