Soft Oatmeal Cookies Recipe
- 1 c. Puritan canola oil
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. white sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 3/4 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 3 c. oatmeal
- 1 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 c. nuts (optional)
- Blend or possibly mix all ingredients except raisins, oatmeal, and nuts.
- Batter will be soft and smooth.
- Stir in oatmeal, raisins and nuts.
- Spoon onto greased cookie sheet.
- Cookies will be plump so use desired measuring spoon.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 min.
- Yields approximately 6 dozen.
