Bacon Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted and cooled
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 1/4 cup Quick oats
- 2 slice Turkey bacon, crisp-cooked, cooled, and chopped
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Spray cookie sheets with nonstick spray.
- Whisk flour, baking soda, abs salt in a medium bowl.
- Whisk brown sugar, egg, and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth.
- Stir in flour until blended.
- Stir in chocolate chips, pecans, oats, and bacon.
- Let dough stand for 10 minutes, until slightly firm.
- Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart on cookie sheet, making about 24 cookies.
- Bake cookies, one sheet at a time, until golden brown, 10-11 minutes.
- Transfer to a cooling rack and cool completely.
