Rocky Road No-Bake Cheesecake

• 1-1/4 cups Oreo Baking Crumbs
• 1/4 cup butter, melted
• 3 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, divided
• 2 pkg. (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup milk
• 2 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
• 3/4 cup Jet-Puffed Miniature Marshmallows
• 1/3 cup chopped peanuts Rite Aid Buy 1 Get 1 Free thru 02/06

1. Mix crumbs and butter in 9-inch pie plate; press onto bottom and up side of pie plate.
2. Microwave 1 oz.
3. chocolate in small microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 1 min; stir until completely melted.
4. Beat cream cheese, sugar and milk in large bowl with mixer until well blended.
5. Add melted chocolate; mix well.
6. Whisk in Cool Whip, marshmallows and nuts.
7. Coarsely chop remaining chocolate; stir into cream cheese mixture.
8. Spoon into crust.
9. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
