Misso Resort Cabbage & Corn Slaw W/ Cilantro Dressing

  1. Whisk orange juice, rice vinegar, oil in small bowl.
  2. Season w/ salt pepper.
  3. DO AHEAD Dressing can be made 1 day ahead, cover and refrigerate.
  4. Combine slaw, corn, carrots, red bell peppers, onions, cilantro in large bowl.
  5. Toss with enough dressing to coat.
  6. Season salt to taste w/ salt & pepper.
  7. Let stand 15 mins for flavors to blend.
  8. Toss again and serve.
