Homemade Yakitori Sauce

  1. Add all of the ingredients, except for the katakuriko slurry to a frying pan and cook.
  2. Bring to a slight boil, until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Pour in katakuriko slurry to thicken.
  4. Dip both sides of your yakitori in the sauce, put on a serving plate, then spoon some of the sauce on top.
