Pork Chops Etc.

  1. Melt butter or margarine.
  2. If desired add garlic.
  3. Brown pork chops on both sides arrange in bottom of a casserole dish.
  4. Put drained potatoes in skillet and stir to coat in pork chop drippings.
  5. Layer potatoes over pork chops season to taste.
  6. Pour creamed corn evenly over potatoes.
  7. Cover and bake at 350F for 30-90 minutes.
  8. Serve with applesauce.
