carne de rez con salsa de chipotle (beef with chipotle sauce)

• 3 lb beef cut in chunks
• 2 onions sliced
• 4 red potatoes diced
• 1 medium can chipotle chiles
• 6 cup water
• 1 salt to taste

1. add potatoes, onions, and beef to fry pan stiring frequently let cook till meet browns
2. in blender place chipotles and 2 cups of water and blend until smooth
3. add blended salsa an other 4 cups of water to fry pan with meat.
4. salt to taste and let simmer about 30 minutes
