Diner-Style Mini Meatloaves
- 1/4 cup Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1/4 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup
- 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
- 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Mix barbecue sauce and ketchup until blended.
- Mix half the barbecue sauce mixture with remaining ingredients just until blended.
- Press into 6 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 35 min.
- or until done (160 degrees F), brushing with remaining barbecue sauce mixture for the last 10 min.
