Orange-Glazed Carrots & Snow Peas

  1. For each serving: Add 1-1/2 tsp.
  2. (7 mL) dressing, 3/4 tsp.
  3. (3 mL) rice vinegar and 1/4 cup (50 mL) each carrots and snow peas to a large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; stir-fry 1 to 2 min.
  4. or until vegetables are crisp-tender and evenly glazed.
  5. Spoon vegetable mixture onto plate; sprinkle with 3/4 tsp.
  6. (3 mL) mint.
