Orange-Glazed Carrots & Snow Peas
- 3/4 cup Kraft Mandarin Orange with Sesame Dressing
- 6 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1-1/2 qt. carrots, cut diagonally into thin slices, steamed just until crisp-tender Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1-1/2 qt. snow peas
- 6 Tbsp. fresh mint, finely chopped
- For each serving: Add 1-1/2 tsp.
- (7 mL) dressing, 3/4 tsp.
- (3 mL) rice vinegar and 1/4 cup (50 mL) each carrots and snow peas to a large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; stir-fry 1 to 2 min.
- or until vegetables are crisp-tender and evenly glazed.
- Spoon vegetable mixture onto plate; sprinkle with 3/4 tsp.
- (3 mL) mint.
