Sugar Snap Pea And Carrot With Preserved Duck
- 1 slice preserved duck drumstick
- 3 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 medium grated carrots
- 3 cup Sugar snap pea
- Blanch with hot water the preserved duck then Steam the preserved duck for full 30 minutes
- In pan add garlic and Thinly slice the cooked preserved duck and stir fry for a minute then add light soy sauce and mix well then add sugar snap pea and stir fry for 3 minutes
- Add the grated carrot and off heat and mix well then serve
