Ginger Yogurt with Fruit
- 3/4 cup yogurt, low-fat plain
- 2 large bananas ripe
- 2 teaspoons ginger fresh and grated
- 1 large papayas
- 1 cup grapes, seedless
- 1/4 cup almonds sliced
- Blend together yogurt, banana, and ginger in blender.
- Spoon out meat of papaya and divide papaya and grapes between two bowls.
- Mix with blended yogurt and top with sliced almonds.
