Pork Chop 'N' Potato Bake Recipe
- 6 pork chops, boneless
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 can fried onions
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (24 ounce.) frzn hash browns, thawed
- Seasoned salt
- Pepper to taste
- Brown pork chops in lightly greased skillet.
- Sprinkle with seasoned salt, set aside.
- Combine soup, lowfat milk, pepper, lowfat sour cream and 1/2 tsp.
- seasoned salt.
- Stir in potatoes, 1/2 c. cheese, and 1/2 can fried onions.
- Spoon mix in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
- Arrange pork chops over potatoes.
- Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 40 min.
- Top with remaining cheese and fried onions.
- Bake uncovered 5 min longer.
- 6 servings.
