Pork Chop 'N' Potato Bake Recipe

  1. Brown pork chops in lightly greased skillet.
  2. Sprinkle with seasoned salt, set aside.
  3. Combine soup, lowfat milk, pepper, lowfat sour cream and 1/2 tsp.
  4. seasoned salt.
  5. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 c. cheese, and 1/2 can fried onions.
  6. Spoon mix in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
  7. Arrange pork chops over potatoes.
  8. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 40 min.
  9. Top with remaining cheese and fried onions.
  10. Bake uncovered 5 min longer.
  11. 6 servings.
